“People don’t buy goods and services. They buy relations, stories, and magic.” - Seth Godin

I am a storyteller.

As a life-long bibliophile, it’s stories that make me feel. While I no longer have to hide under the covers with a book and a flashlight, I still lose myself in the chapters, reading until I can’t keep my eyes open any longer.

Stories are what connects us as human beings, and I became a photographer because of them. Stories. People, and the hearts inside them. They matter, and if you listen closely, you can find them in the unlikeliest of places — the person waiting in line behind you at your favorite pastry shop; the market vendors asking you to purchase their goods; the historian or the art enthusiast standing beside you at your favorite museum; the Uber driver, after a night out in the city; your spouse, as you lay in the dark with your fingers interlaced, whispering to each other in hushed tones; the author who courageously put pen to paper to write...

I’m deeply humbled that through my job I have the opportunity to connect with the beautiful souls that choose to work with me, hearing their true stories, and being given the honor of learning to tell them in an authentic and meaningful way. A way that evokes emotion in their readers, and creates opportunities for deeper relationships with their visitors.

This is my work, my calling, and through it, I help bring unique stories to life. Whether you resonate with the strung-together words that fill each page, or lose yourself in intentional, purposeful imagery, my hope is that what you find here — the place where my creativity and undeniable passion intertwine — makes you see, feel, and understand just a little bit more.

And while sometimes it feels like I may never get my fill of stories, I’ll continue to listen. Will you tell me yours?
